1. Who we are

2. What data we collect

When you fill in our contact form, we process the data you enter yourself: name, email address, phone number (optional), the type of service you are interested in, and your message. We also keep technical data needed to make the website work properly, such as your language preference (via a cookie). Only if you give your consent do we collect anonymous statistics about your website visit via Google Analytics, such as pages visited and time spent on the site.

3. Why we process this data

We use your data to:

• respond to your quote request or contact enquiry;
• prepare and carry out an agreement with you;
• keep the website technically functional and secure (for example, protection against spam via the contact form);
• if you have given your consent, analyse website usage in an anonymised way to improve the site.

4. Legal basis for processing

We process your data based on your consent (for example, the contact form or analytical cookies), because it is necessary for the performance of an agreement, or because we have a legitimate interest in doing so (such as securing the website).

We do use service providers who process data on our behalf, such as our hosting provider and email/SMTP provider to deliver your message to us, and, if you give your consent, Google Analytics for website statistics. Appropriate agreements have been made with these parties regarding the protection of your data.
